That is not the same shape as a Page cover, which is a far wider 851 by 315, so the two are not interchangeable. The catch is that desktop only reveals the centre 662 pixels of that height, while mobile shows the cover at its full 856 pixels, so anything you need seen on both, a group name, a rule, a logo, belongs in that shared centre band rather than near the top or bottom edge.
