About the Facebook feed post size
For a shared Facebook feed image, 1200 by 630 pixels is the safe default. It is the same 1.91:1 ratio Facebook uses for link previews, so a post image at this size never gets awkwardly cropped when it appears as a shared card. If you want to fill more of the mobile feed, a 1080 by 1080 square or a 1080 by 1350 portrait works too. Whatever you pick, upload at 1080 pixels wide or more so the feed does not soften it.
